“This is a refurbished "grand hotel" that has been restored to give the feel of the original construction with modern updates. It's clear that some fixtures were chosen for budget provisions. All in all it works. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. A major priority. The staff was very nice, like it seems everyone in algeria. The location is central and desirable to me for that reason.”

“We were here for business and stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful. It's not near the tourist attractions but there is a shopping mall called "Grand Oran" only 10 minutes by walk. They have free taxi to the airport. Overall, it's very nice to stay in this hotel. I'll definately come back to this hotel again when I visit Oran next time!”

“The front desk staff went beyond their duties to make me feel at home. The rooms are basic but very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for visiting many of the sights . Definitely will stay there again when next time in Oran.”

When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking. Suddenly by magic, there’s a room! 3. I had to ask what time is breakfast, where etc. information had to be asked and not provided. 4. Lift was Useless! 5. Inside room, rubbish not thrown.
